„Horses & Dreams Sports Edition“ mit traditionellem Auftakt in die Grüne Saison

Hagen a.T.W. – Horses & Dreams in April traditionally marks the start to the international outdoor season in Germany and continues to do so this year. The organiser, Horses and Dreams Entertainment GmbH, announced today that Horses & Dreams will take place from 21 – 25 April as a “Sports Edition” with an enhanced programme.

Due to the current situation, a CDI3* tour was initially planned – now it will be increased to 4-star level. The World Equestrian Federation (FEI) and the German Equestrian Federation (FN) have already agreed to the change. Organiser Francois Kasselmann is also in a positive mood, “We are very happy with the upgrade to a CDI4* level. Due to the many cancellations, there are simply not enough top-class events at the moment, which are so important for the preparation of the riders and their horses for the Olympic Games in Tokyo and the FEI Dressage European Championships in Hagen. We are running out of time, so we want to work with and for the riders to create a show where high level dressage classes can be ridden in a safe atmosphere. We are very grateful to our loyal sponsors and partners for making it possible for us to take this step.”

However, Horses & Dreams also remains a location for important national competitions. This year, Hagen a.T.W. is once again the first stage on the way to qualifying for the NÜRNBERGER BURG-POKAL of Dressage Riders 2021 and for the Louisdor Prize Young Horse Grand Prix (FN) – Prize of the Liselott and Klaus Rheinberger Foundation. Germany’s U25 Jumping Cup of the Stiftung Deutscher Spitzenpferdesport and the LVM Youngster Championship for six-year-old dressage horses are also on the programme.
